Save a Life! ACT NOW!

We ask that you pick two times/dates that work for you and your group, if you need multiple classes, please fill out 1st and 2nd choice for each. This information will allow us to canvass our instructor network in order to schedule your class. We will then put them forth to our instructors in your area(s) to see which of your selected dates we can accommodate. We can usually achieve your first choice of time/date, but a second choice eliminates a lot of time consuming back and forth communication delays if your first choice is unavailable.

PLEASE PROVIDE ALL THE INFORMATION REQUESTED... our Instructors are often in the field teaching classes, and many also work in hospitals, fire departments, and other positions where they are difficult to reach. The more completely you answer the below items, the more efficiently we can schedule your training.

HINTS:

  • The more information you provide, the more efficiently we can schedule your training.
  • Remember, we need only schedule one Instructor, you need to arrange a date that works for all your group, so please be sure your group is all available for the first and second date choices.
  • Please select dates and times at least14 business days from today. We can schedule classes sooner when required, but 14 business days (about three weeks) gives us adequate time to schedule your preferred training date(s) and to avoid express handling fees. This also gives you plenty of time to find the best training dates for everyone in your group.

Thank you for selecting us for your on-site group safety training needs!

Please fill out completely, and expect to hear from us very soon!

Please be sure that your requested dates work for your group BEFORE sending them to us. Once you have sent us the dates, we schedule a day out of an Instructor's calendar, and book equipment and materials for your class that cannot be utilized elsewhere. If you request dates, and we send you the training agreement for those dates, we assume you accept the training as you have requested. There is a 14 business day cancellation/change policy.

Regarding On-site Fees: As mentioned in your original quote, on-site fees may apply in some areas. We can not tell you the exact on-site fee until you schedule, as we will not know which Instructor will be teaching your course, and therefore cannot calculate the distance... It should be a single fee between $97 and $127 for the day. This fee is a one-fee-per-visit charge, and covers Instructor time and expenses getting to and from your training session, our expenses shipping materials for your class, and the cost of overnight shipping your course materials back to our corporate headquarters in order to issue your certification cards in a timely manner. This fee amount will be clearly shown on your training agreement.

Regarding Splitting the class: If you split a Combination Class (such as CPR / First Aid) into multiple dates/sessions, they are considered separate classes, therefore it will take longer, cost more, and have higher minimum students per session.... You are best off scheduling at a time when you can take advantage of the cost- and time-saving combination courses!
